Pendekatan Behavioristik dalam Analisis dan Intervensi Perilaku

Kajian ini membahas penerapan teori belajar behavioristik dalam analisis dan intervensi tingkah laku peserta didik, dengan fokus pada masalah perilaku yang sering mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi metode intervensi berbasis teori behavioristik yang efektif dalam mengatasi masalah perilaku peserta didik serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan positif dan negatif, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap perubahan perilaku dan peningkatan hasil belajar. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal generalisasi hasil, karena konteks pendidikan yang berbeda dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas intervensi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang terlalu terfokus pada perubahan perilaku dapat mengabaikan faktor-faktor sosial dan psikologis yang juga mempengaruhi perkembangan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mempertimbangkan pendekatan yang lebih holistik yang mengintegrasikan teori behavioristik dengan pemahaman terhadap latar belakang sosial ekonomi dan kondisi psikologis peserta didik.
