Online Submissions
Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to Educatum: Jurnal Dunia Pendidikan must register an account through the journal's official Online Journal System (OJS). Authors who already have an account may log in using their registered username and password.
Registration and login are required to submit manuscripts, upload required submission documents, monitor the progress of editorial evaluation and peer review, receive editorial decisions, submit revised manuscripts, and communicate with the Editorial Office throughout the publication process.
Submission Requirements
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that their submission complies with the journal's:
- Focus and Scope;
- Author Guidelines;
- Manuscript Template;
- Submission Checklist; and
- Publication Ethics and Research Integrity Policy.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original scholarly works, have not been previously published, and are not simultaneously submitted or under consideration by another journal.
Online Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the official Educatum: Jurnal Dunia Pendidikan OJS submission system.
Manuscripts submitted through email, WhatsApp, personal communication channels, or other unofficial methods will not be considered as valid submissions.
Author Responsibility
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that:
- all listed authors have approved the submitted manuscript;
- all authors have made appropriate scholarly contributions;
- the manuscript complies with journal requirements;
- required submission information and documents are complete and accurate; and
- all ethical and publication requirements have been fulfilled.
Initial Evaluation and Editorial Process
Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal's scope, originality, academic quality, ethical compliance, and conformity with submission requirements.
Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may proceed to the double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts that do not comply with technical, ethical, or academic requirements may be returned to authors for revision or rejected without external review.
Editorial Decision
Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
All editorial decisions are made independently based on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological or conceptual rigor, ethical compliance, reviewer recommendations, and the journal's editorial policies.
The final decision regarding publication is determined by the Editor-in-Chief or authorized handling editor in accordance with Educatum: Jurnal Dunia Pendidikan's Publication Ethics and internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing.
