  • supporting the migration of journal content to updated systems or file formats when necessary; and

  • implementing recovery procedures to minimize the risk of permanent data loss.

Long-Term Accessibility

JUILMU is committed to maintaining permanent access to its published scholarly content. Published articles will remain part of the journal's scholarly record even when corrections, retractions, or other post-publication actions are required. Any such changes will be clearly documented in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and correction or retraction policies.

The journal also supports the deposit and dissemination of published articles through institutional repositories, scholarly databases, indexing services, and other appropriate academic platforms, in accordance with the journal's Open Access Statement and Copyright & License Policy.

Where applicable, JUILMU may participate in recognized digital preservation services or scholarly archiving networks to strengthen the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to archive and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in JUILMU is properly cited and acknowledged and that such distribution complies with the journal's applicable Creative Commons license.
