Article Processing Charge (APC)

Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin (JUILMU) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the operational costs associated with scholarly publishing, including editorial management, peer-review administration, manuscript processing, digital publication, DOI registration, and long-term accessibility of published articles.

Article Submission Fee

Submission Fee: Free (IDR 0 / USD 0)

JUILMU does not charge authors any fee for manuscript submission. All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and the double-blind peer-review process without any submission charge.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

Publication Fee:

  • Indonesian Authors: IDR 500,000
  • International Authors: USD 30

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been officially accepted for publication by the Editorial Board.

Authors must not make any payment before receiving an official acceptance notification from JUILMU.

  • Copyediting and manuscript preparation.
  • Layout editing and proofreading.
  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration through Crossref.
  • Online publication and article accessibility.

  • Similarity checking and publication integrity support.

Payment Information

For Indonesian authors, APC payment instructions are provided after manuscript acceptance.

International authors will receive payment instructions from the JUILMU Editorial Office after official acceptance of their manuscripts.

Payment Confirmation

After completing payment, authors should provide payment confirmation to the Editorial Office through the official communication channel provided by JUILMU.

Editorial Independence

Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscript acceptance is determined solely based on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, compliance with publication ethics, and the results of the peer-review process.

Fee Waiver Policy

JUILMU may consider fee waiver or reduction requests under specific circumstances. Such requests will be evaluated separately by the Editorial Office and will not affect the fairness or outcome of the peer-review process.
