JUILMU: Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies is an open-access, peer-reviewed multidisciplinary scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research articles in Indonesian and English. Journal Management

JUILMU is managed by an editorial team consisting of qualified academics and researchers with expertise relevant to the journal's multidisciplinary scope.

The journal management structure includes:

• Editor-in-Chief
  Responsible for the overall academic direction of the journal, editorial policy implementation, quality control, and final decisions regarding manuscript publication.
• Managing Editor
  Responsible for managing editorial workflows, coordinating manuscript processing, communicating with authors and reviewers, and ensuring the efficiency of journal operations.
• Editorial Board Members
  Provide academic advice, support editorial decisions, promote scholarly collaboration, and assist in maintaining the scientific quality of published articles.
• Peer Reviewers
  Independent experts who evaluate submitted manuscripts based on originality, methodological quality, scientific contribution, relevance, and ethical considerations.

Editorial Independence

JUILMU maintains editorial independence in all academic and publication decisions. Manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection decisions are based solely on academic quality, originality, research contribution, ethical standards, and peer-review results.

The publisher does not influence editorial decisions, reviewer selection, manuscript evaluation, or publication outcomes.

Publication Management and Accountability

JUILMU follows transparent and responsible scholarly publishing practices. The journal implements editorial screening, double-blind peer review, similarity checking, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assignment through Crossref, and digital preservation mechanisms to ensure the integrity, discoverability, accessibility, and long-term availability of published research.
