Online Submissions

Authors who intend to submit manuscripts to DEVOTION: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat must register and create an account through the journal's official Online Journal System (OJS). Registered users can log in using their username and password to submit manuscripts and manage the publication process.

The OJS platform is used for the complete manuscript submission workflow, including manuscript submission, uploading required files, tracking editorial and peer-review progress, receiving editorial decisions, submitting revisions, and communicating with the Editorial Office.

Before submission, authors must carefully review and comply with the journal's Focus and Scope, Author Guidelines, Manuscript Template, Submission Checklist, and Publication Ethics. Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original, have not been previously published, and are not simultaneously submitted or under review by another journal.

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the official DEVOTION OJS submission system. Manuscripts submitted through email, personal communication channels, or other platforms will not be considered as official submissions.

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's technical, ethical, or formatting requirements may be returned to authors for revision before entering the editorial evaluation process.

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance or publication. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening and, when appropriate, a double-blind peer-review process. Final publication decisions are made by the Editorial Team based on academic quality, relevance, ethical compliance, and the journal's publication standards.
