DEVOTION: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat recognizes the importance of constructive scholarly discussion after publication as part of maintaining research integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement of academic knowledge.

The journal welcomes responsible post-publication communication from authors, readers, researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders regarding published articles, community engagement practices, findings, methods, or ethical concerns.

Purpose of Post-Publication Discussion

Post-publication discussion aims to:

• Encourage academic dialogue and exchange of knowledge among researchers and practitioners.
• Provide opportunities to clarify interpretations, methods, or findings reported in published articles.
• Identify potential errors, ethical concerns, or issues affecting the reliability of the published scholarly record.
• Support continuous improvement of community engagement research and practice.

Submission of Comments or Concerns

Readers who wish to submit comments, questions, corrections, or concerns regarding a published article may contact the Editorial Office through the official journal communication channels.

Submissions should provide clear explanations, relevant evidence, and sufficient information to allow the Editorial Team to evaluate the matter appropriately.

Editorial Evaluation

All post-publication communications are evaluated by the Editorial Team to determine the appropriate response. The journal may consult authors, reviewers, subject experts, or relevant institutions when necessary.

Responses may include:

• Publication of a clarification or author response.
• Issuance of a correction notice.
• Publication of an expression of concern.
• Retraction of the article when serious ethical or scientific issues are confirmed.
• No further action when concerns are not supported by sufficient evidence.

Author Response

Authors are given an opportunity to respond to substantive comments or concerns related to their published work. Author responses should be professional, evidence-based, and focused on scholarly discussion.

All post-publication actions are managed in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics, Research Misconduct Policy, and Correction and Retraction Policy to preserve the accuracy and reliability of the scholarly record.
