Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut keterampilan kolaboratif yang kuat, khususnya di bidang Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) yang sarat dengan kerja tim dalam merancang, mengelola, dan memecahkan masalah jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kolaborasi tim melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap artikel, buku, dan laporan penelitian terbitan 2005–2025. Proses seleksi dilakukan dengan kriteria inklusi yang ketat, diikuti teknik analisis isi dan sintesis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu efektivitas kerja tim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi efektif menjadi fondasi utama kolaborasi, kepemimpinan adaptif mendorong keterlibatan dan kreativitas, strategi kolaboratif seperti pembagian peran, pembelajaran kooperatif, serta evaluasi kontribusi memperkuat kohesi tim, dan pemanfaatan teknologi kolaboratif meningkatkan koordinasi serta produktivitas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan kerja tim di bidang TKJ ditentukan oleh sinergi antara kompetensi teknis, keterampilan interpersonal, dan dukungan teknologi. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya integrasi keterampilan kolaboratif ke dalam kurikulum vokasi serta pelatihan industri, sehingga lulusan dan profesional siap menghadapi kompleksitas kerja di era digital.
